As a family company, Carrick home services guarantee that your concerns about your loved ones will be dealt with our small, but experienced team – a team that cares deeply about providing you and your loved ones with a high quality service.  This continuity of communication means that you will always be talking to someone who knows and understands your individual needs. 

We are proud to provide experienced and qualified carers, many of whom have been working with Carrick Home Services since its inception. 

All our carers are subject to the highest vetting and checking procedures.  All our carers haver their Enhanced Disclosure though Disclosure Scotland (Protection of Vulnerable Adults Scheme) as well as having a least two references.  In addition, all our carers have manual handling certificate and undergo a comprehensive induction training scheme.  

Most of our carers also have SVQ level 2 or 3 qualifications in Adult Health and Social Care

Regular Reviews

To ensure we are providing the service to meet the needs of our clients, we hold regular reviews to ensure the highest standard of care

Flexibility

We offer a flexible range of care and support options, from a 30 minute visit, to 24 hour care. 

Training

All our carers undergo an in-depth, in-house training programme.  In addition, we provide specialist training for our staff, such as Understanding Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neuron Disease and Huntingtons.
