"Mum is looked after by a small group of ladies who she likes and trusts. she has never once complained since Carrick took over ( unusual for my mum!) and regularly tells me how nice and kind everyone is. I feel so happy and grateful that you have taken over mum's care which I find to be managed very professionally with a personal touch. I know that you let me know if she is running out of anything she needs and it is a great help that you let the surgery know when she is running out of build up drinks so that there is never a delay in them being supplied. You also let me know if you have any concerns about her health so I can act accordingly. Best of all, mum is more settled since Carrick took over. Her quality of life has improved because of this.  Not to mention mine which has improved immeasurably due to reduced stress levels trying to manage things from 130 miles away!"
